Eli Manning led a fourth-quarter touchdown drive and won his second Super Bowl MVP on Sunday night, leading the New York Giants to a 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots in an exciting finish to an NFL season that started with turmoil and a lockout. Manningham made an incredible catch that was a catalyst for the game winning drive.

The Legendary coach Joe Paterno died this morning at the age of 85. He was diagnosed with lung cancer shortly after being fired from Penn State Head Coaching Job. He was Named National Coach of the Year five times, Paterno was added to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2006, but his induction was delayed until 2007 because of injuries he suffered in a sideline collision.
He became the winningest coach in major college football history in 2011 with 409 victories.


J.R. Smith is not currently playing in the NBA right now because of his contractual agreement with China. Nevertheless, here is some footage of him breaking ankles in China. Stephon Marbury was one of the casualties. Check it out!!!

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to reduced domestic violence battery and harassment charges before a Las Vegas judge. He was told to report to jail on Jan. 6.
Judge Melissa Saragosa also ordered Mayweather to complete 100 hours of community service and pay a $2,500 fine.
The plea deal avoids trial on felony allegations that he hit his ex-girlfriend and threatened two of their children during an argument at her home in September 2010. Here is footage off the court sentence courtesy of TMZ.com
